Mission

Facilitating empowerment of marginalized communities and to work for their participatory development towards achieving health, livelihoods and improvement for all from gender and social perspectives. Also, support and enable the most marginalised and vulnerable communities to help them meet their local natural resource-based livelihood needs and entitlements with a view to mainstream them. It is to be ensured that this is not achieved at the cost of other communities/people and or environment.

Objectives

To undertake awareness Campaigns to create awareness about violence against Women, Gender Discrimination and Gender Equality.
To organize Special programs to increase women’s active participation in panchayat Raj Institutes.
Increasing Women’s Participation in Decision Making in the Family and Society.
To do Economical,Social,Cultural and Political Research study of Oppressed and neglected sections of the Society and publish it.
To work for the development of oppressed and neglected sections of the society with right based approach and do advocacy for the rights of oppressed communities at block, district and State Level
To identify the alternate development possibilities for the development of dalits,small and marginal farmers and single women’s and develop the different models for their sustainable development.
Monitoring of public health services in rural areas and advocacy for the right to health at various levels.
